Stupendous photo of evening advancing on Glacier National Park.

The Wilderness Society Tweeted out this shot of Glacier National Park (I cannot read the photographer to whom credit belongs).

I know. It’s summer. But still I wonder, where are the glaciers? Where did they go?

  1. My last trip to Glacier I ran into a contrary mountain goat at a treacherous place on a trail, and coul not pass. Not so fond of them as I once was.

  2. Logan Pass. Home of mountain goats. Glaciers are dying in climate change. But, here’s a mountain goat, from my last trip there: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-l7VQE_fnYKM/TiYfBIiRe3I/AAAAAAAABgw/WIWvNp5aYy0/s720-Ic42/Glacier%252520-%252520mountain%252520goat%252520in%252520flowers.jpg
