First Saturday in June is National Trails Day.
It’s a life-changing celebration, if you get out on a trail, and then keep going.
Check with the American Hiking Society to see if there’s an event near you. Take a hike in any case.
Maybe take a photo. There’s an annual photo contest.

A National Trails Day is new to me. I checked out the trails in Texas. None too close to me but I was glad to see that there were many in Texas. The recent rains may discourage some but it is good for people to get out and get moving!
