Humor, or a crying need for grammar police?

Is this sign saying “Don’t do anything here,” or is it saying “Do anything you want here?”

Or, is it saying, “Doing everything at all times, is required?”

Strange signs of wildlife

A cousin-in-law spends a few months working on condor recovery in California.  We get photos from time to time.

This one isn’t particularly spectacular, but I love the irony, and the levels of meaning.
