Battery died in the camera — photos sometime later this week, after I charge the batteries, and if I can get back to a place to post (how wired is Southern Utah?).
But with all the great food we’ve eaten in Salt Lake City today, it’s worth noting that we go the best sushi in the U.S. at Takashi, on Market Street. Two hours of sumptuous, eye-opening dining.
First day of the trip and we get a U.S. best. What a great start!

Oh, I’m sure I could get used to it, but I can’t afford it to start with, so I’ll stand pat.
Red Iguana has heat, mostly flavor, flavor though.

Music is from the Indian history vid down the list. If you know how I can kill it while posting the slide show, please let me know!
Red Iguana? Potent? Our younger son eats Wanza’w Wicked sauce for breakfast and snacks. We’ve found nothing deadlier.
We’ll see if we can get to the Iguana. Thanks for the tip.
If you think you’re not fond of sushi, tell the waiter or waitress. Ask them to recommend something for non-sushi addicts.
It’s fantastic stuff. Really.

I have it on good authority that it is the best. I’m not a sushi person.
So, stop by while you are here. Oh, and go to Red Iguana, but be careful, it’s potent as well as wonderful.
