In Colorado’s 7th Congressional District, anyone not voting for Ed Perlmutter needs to have their red, white and blue examined:
Perlmutter’s opponent, Joe Coors, is running a dirty campaign against him.
Veterans, military guys, which way are you voting on this one?

Now that I no longer have cable, I missed this ad, even though I live in Colorado. Ed Perlmutter seems like a cool guy. Joe Coors is uber-conservative. We learned in Colorado history that the Coors company diversified into porcelain-making during Prohibition. I’ve never visited the factory since I don’t drink. Ed is known for his grocery store visits: http://www.perlmutterforcolorado.com/page/ed-perlmutter–coming-soon-to-a-grocery-store-near-you

It’s Colorado, the home of Coors Beer, and the very conservative Coors family. Coors had two big industries there — beer, and bottle making (to put the beer in). This guy comes from the bottle-making end of the business.

It’s a great ad, and a refreshing change from what I usually see.

His opponent is seriously named “Joe Coors”? I suppose he has a lot in common with Joe Sixpack. Sheesh.
