In working to make quality common, and valuable, W. Edwards Deming seems to have learned a little about life along the way.

In 1989, he sketched out this diagram.

    Exactly.

    The destruction of the individual starts when the child enters government schools. It is here, like boot camp in an army, where the process of destroying the individual begins and the sublimation of that person into a collective begins.
